it's definitely not worth doing.. no perks should be allowed, if mod tools come out then it'll be fixed with a competition mod.. Scavenger is okay for ammo but you can also pick up grenades and special grenades which is not good lol. Also stopping power isn't good either, smgs would be way to over powered and a tar with stopping power is a 2 hit kill sometimes. No perks is the way to go.

Perks for CTF would be a disaster. Respawn time + marathon/lightweight. you would never be able to catch them especially if your playing in a city environment. S&D you could sprint around everywhere with out being heard.

ummm perks area extremly bad idea if u want perks go pub competetive gaming doesnt have perks and it shouldnt cuz in real life there no such thing as perks. smiling
