Thank you guys again for your input and I promise we are taken this all into consideration and thank you all for the positive and negative feeds.
Lets Review:
Tournament Days & Times: This is something that we have always considered and there are many league sites that use this method. For that reason we wanted to try a new method which seems to work + always has it's negative affects on some teams. We would possibly consider working with the 1 match a week anything during the week with last day being the deadline / cut off. With that in mind, some players would like to have several matches a week...one match every 3-5 days instead of 7. What are peoples thoughts on this...possibly a poll?
Disorganized Website Template: As some you guys know we had recently took over Mw2tournaments and keep & changed a lot of things the old administration had in order to continue on with tournaments. One thing that never got changed was the Design on the website. Somethings have been added or changed, but the look is virtually the same. This is going to be a HUGE part of what we will be doing with our new design in our update. Please let us know how and where we can change / fix things to better support the community and its members. Details & Examples Please
Stream Delay: We are always excited when we are able to provide such a service to the community to bring people together and enjoy some live matches. Lets just put it out there that Modern Warfare 2 did not have any PC support or tools such as HLTV / STV ect.. The next best thing we could do to provide a service for you guys in broadcast matches via our live stream account. Although there is currently not a delay that we would like to have on it, there is a way to put a delay on there and will be done before we stream anymore matches. Sadly we have to be defensive and protect teams from such players ghosting  We are looking into this to provide a better service for you all. We have also been in contact with "PwnageTV.com" to co-host and possibly provide prizes for our tournaments.
Divisions: I would most def agree that there are teams in this tournament that have been together longer & show skill greater than some of the new upcoming teams. As you have stated, we do not have the community size of other games. Even if we took a overall of "10" teams for say a "Mw2T P" Group that would leave use with 20-26 teams max. I am using a example from the amount of teams we actually had sign up for this tournament.
What we could possibly do is the following:
Each Bracket Would Contain "x" Teams Besides the Open Bracket.
Mw2T Professional (10 Team Max)
Mw2T Main (20 Team Man)
Mw2T Open (Unlimited Team Max)
This is something that could possibly work within our community...with possibly the Main Division also being 10 Teams because the size of our community.
What are everyone's thoughts on this? Change it? Keep It The Same?
Anti-Cheat There is not a single anti-cheat dedicated to Mw2. Could one be developed, Possibly. At this time we are using what we can to provide you guys with tournaments.
Wegame also for us to visually check out a player as it is recording..not the best but it works.
UAC2 has its problems...but it also has problems that can be fixed if you take 5 mins to do a little reading and testing. There are thousands that use this program and it works just fine. I understand that some players have issues and don't run wegame because it laggs them. Which would mean that they would not be running any anti-cheat or at least have it not working correctly.
X-Ray is also a choice that we could go with. Every anti-cheat especially x-ray have cheats that this program does not pickup. I understand that one could get some for UAC2 also. At this time there is noway of us to provide a Anti-Cheat that is going to keep everyone happy.
What we will do is continue to do what we have been and work on a better solution to provide a safer and more effective & reliable anti-cheat for the future. I apologize if our current system is not working for you, but we are doing what we can with what we have to work with.
I hope that I have answered all your questions & concerns and would like to see more posts positive or negative about how we could change our website to better fit the community.

Tournament days and times- I rather have a match every 3-5 days rather than 7 days. Having it only 1 match 7 days makes it too long and sometimes makes you lose interest.
Disorganized Website Template - i don't know what people are complaining about but its fine to me.
Stream Delay - definitely there needs to be a delay to prevent ghosting.
Divisions - I mean thats a good idea and all but i feel as we don't have enough teams to do this. But we can give it a try and if we can get the word out there might be more teams.
Anti-Cheat - I don't know about you guys but both wegame and UAC2 lags for people who have a decent pc to run the game, for example a person with a dual core 2.0 ghz and a 8800GT might not lag while running the regular game but might freeze with UAC2 or wegame . I personally dont lag with my current pc but i have played with a laptop and the experience is horrible.... literally, when you have uac2 you have to wait for the screenshot or the uac2 to scan before you actually move/shoot, during the scanning you cant even move, i haven't tried wegame with the laptop but i think it will lag less but more constant.

Still being somewhat new to MW2T. I am pretty satisified. I believe the website is easy to manage and manuever. I was confused regarding how come you can't "upload" your team logo, but it has to be URL.... ...other than that. No issues.
Steam Delay - I may be missing the point here, but whats the issue with streaming? There is an admin in your vent so you can't ghost, and you have to record your gameplay so its not like ppl can be sending you messages.....Only other ways to ghost is pretty dramatic....and if someone is going that far to do it....theirs nothing you can do to prevent them from cheating period. my opinion.
Divisions seem like a great idea, maybe for the next game though. probably will not have enough teams to do something like this. Worth a shot maybe. Don't have to much to say about anti-cheat. It is what it is...use what you got and make it work. wegame, fraps, w/e. Just use something.Get StricK on These NooBz

Tournament Features: In our update we will be using a different setup that is more refine, provide a vast amount of options and menus, Team & Cup Stats, Fixing all the bugs that our current script has IE: Changing Leader, Match Comms and more. We are all excited and can't wait for the release. We would like your ideas on how we can make things better for teams.
Website: This is just an idea at this time, but if Mw2Tournaments Changed our website address & name to support a greater community + our current one, would everyone follow? Ultimately we would like to be known for our tournaments IE: Mw2 and Soon Black Ops & possibly More. What would the overall thought be on us creating a League / tournament website and bringing our community with us?
Example: www.NameLeague.com / www.NameTournaments.com - What do you think a good league would be called? We understand there are leagues such as GACGL, Cevo, CG and more...but if you could name a league site what would you call it?
In this move we would be taking everything we have learned here and improved + provide dedicated site features.
Currently we are looking to redesign our current website and take all suggestions into account in doing so. What are the thoughts in the community?

I am not gana lie but if your going to into a big league such as cevo, your going to need big sponsors, and knowledge and its much harder. And your going to need your own anti-cheat, or one that is accepted by most games and players. To be honest from what i see i suggest sticking to MW2 and moving on to black-ops. But if you decide to branch out to a multi gaming competition organization the gaming community will increase, which is better.

We are not looking to become a Cevo. We are looking to expand our community but not limit it to a certain title. We are def picking up Black Ops and will continue to run Mw2 as long as its alive. Black-Ops will have PunkBuster & a better tool-set to help develop such things as anti-cheats ect..
Opening up into a bigger environment will take sponsors but in order to get these sponsors you need to become large enough to where it would matter to them. Over the course of the month of July we had close to 18,000 Visitors & 120,000 Page Views on Mw2Tournaments.com - Sponsors are looking to advertise there companies to pull in revenue.
The bigger our community is, the better our chances are at receiving such demands. We have already spoke with sponsors the size of "Monster Energy" for example which said they would already be interested in Sponsoring Us.
With that said, we are not looking to become a huge website supporting various games. We would like to chance if anything ever arose where we could, but our MAIN FOCUS is going to be dedicated to our Mw2 & COD:Black Ops Communities & Tournaments. We want to be the best we can for them so that other websites will have to compete with us. If we do this correctly, with the support of only 1-2 games under our belt, them big name sponsors will want in.
We are going to focus on what will keep the community alive & pursue into the future. We just don't want to be limited by our title / name. You don't want to say to someone, "Go Check Out The Black Ops Tournaments Over At Mw2Tournaments.com" - Do you see where I am going with this?

ive tried every single thing i could do to make uac2 work i even googled for 30min and tried other methods but there always black screen shots my aa is off and it dont work i give up ill be running wegame thats all i can do

Wegame is better anyways. You can block a screenshot but you can't block gameplay footage.

ahhhh lets see like we said before a live chat where people can chat without the forum, a player/team stats kinda like how gacgl had with players would be good and make players more competitive maybe idk. And since people complain about how they dont know when matches are i guess, maybe have a like side bar or a place on the homepage where is the day/time of recent match? but not just one match, all the team, it doesnt need to be like a announcement just like some where in the homepage
